No one plan is the same on the Mr. Sport Online Programme. After you have filled in the initial questionnaire including your measurements & eating habits, I construct your individualised plan based on your goal, and guide you every step of the way.
You will receive fully explained workout videos which can be done at the gym or at home, with no equipment required to use alongside your food menus. Training throughout your programme will include a variety of enjoyable exercises including, yoga, pilates, cardio workouts and resistance training that will help burn fat and build lean muscle.
Whether you choose to do your own workout or follow one of mine; I'll be on hand to help you make the most out of your programme.
