We have put together a list of commonly asked questions and answers to help you decide whether you're ready to begin the Mr. Sport Online Programme.


I am a vegetarian/pescatarian, can I do the programme?

Sure thing! We never ask any of our clients to change their preferred style of eating. We have lots of fish/meat-free & vegetarian meals available on the programme.

How long do I have to follow the programme for?

The great thing about the programme is that it fits in with your lifestyle. Some people stay with us for a month or two, others stay longer until they're confident they can continue alone.

I have a holiday booked during the programme, what shall I do?

The programme should work around your life, not take it over. That is the only way this can become part of your lifestyle, so go away on that holiday and enjoy yourself. Enjoy a drink if you like, eat what you choose to and have fun. Then you come back refreshed, ready to carry on from where you left off.


I have a food allergy/intolerance can I still do the programme?

We can tailor your plan in line with your intolerances. These ingredients will be removed from your plan entirely.  Once you receive your plan, if you find any other ingredients that you  are unable to eat, just let us know and we'll find suitable alternatives for you.

I mainly eat the same foods, will the programme contain anything I won't like?

All foods on the programme can be found at your local supermarket. We include delicious foods you may have not tried before, but ultimately it's up to you which meals you go for.

Will I still get to eat the treat foods I love?

The programme is designed with foods/quantities that will help you achieve and sustain your goal. That said, we are all about balance and love a treat! Once signed up, we will let you know when the best times are in your programme to have those treats.


Can I follow the programme whilst doing my own training?

Sure! The great thing about the programme is that it can adapt to your lifestyle needs. The primary focus is on nutrition, so if you have your own training plan you would like to follow, simply let us know and we'll make sure the meals fit nicely with it.

I'm new to training, will this be a problem?

Not at all! We include video workouts for all abilities from beginners through to more experienced individuals. We also ensure their is enough variety for everyone to find an activity they enjoy!

I can't exercise at the moment, will the programme work without exercise?

This depends on your current eating habits. We recommend that you train alongside the programme but if you can't, there may still be a lot of progress to be made. If you would like to wait until you're able to train, that may be the best option.
