I am a vegetarian/pescatarian, is this for me?

Sure thing! We never ask any of our members to change their preferred style of eating. We have lots of fish/meat-free & vegetarian meals available in the nutrition section.

How long do I have to be a member for?

The great thing about Mr. Sport Online is that it fits in with your lifestyle. Some people stay with us for a month or two, others stay for a year, or until they're confident they can continue alone.

I have a holiday booked during my membership, what shall I do?

Mr. Sport Online should work around your life, not take it over. That is the only way this can become part of your lifestyle, so go away on that holiday and enjoy yourself. Enjoy a drink if you like, eat what you choose to and have fun. Then you come back refreshed, ready to carry on from where you left off.


I have a food allergy/intolerance can I still join?

We can help you understand your possible food allergies/intolerances and what to avoid. The plans/recipes are pre-set and may contain ingredients you have issues with, but don't panic. Just let us know and we will help you find appropriate alternatives for these ingredients.

I mainly eat the same foods, will the plans contain anything I won't like?

All foods in the nutrition section can be found at your local supermarket. We include delicious foods you may have not tried before, but ultimately it's up to you which meals you go for.

Will I still get to eat the treat foods I love?

Mr. Sport Online is designed with foods/quantities that will help you achieve and sustain your goal. That said, we are all about balance and love a treat! We will help clarify when the best time is to include your favourite foods.


Can I be a member whilst doing my own training?

Sure! The great thing about Mr. Sport Online is that it can adapt to your lifestyle needs. The primary focus is on nutrition, so if you have your own training plan you would like to follow, no problem! Drop us a message if you would like to further develop your training.

I'm new to training, will this be a problem?

Not at all! We include bespoke workouts, sample workout plans, and video workouts for all abilities from beginners through to more experienced individuals. We also ensure their is enough variety for everyone to find an activity they enjoy!

I can't exercise at the moment, will this work without exercise?

This depends on your current eating habits. We recommend that you at least make a conscious effort to move more, but if you can't, there is still a lot of progress to be made from the coaching videos, nutrition section, and so on.
